This is the Ice Queen Wire Ring! They are made of silver wire and a translucent blue bead. There are also multiple sizes for you to choose from.

Caring Note: These are made of plated anti tarnish wire. They are also able to touch water, but best to avoid - so when washing hands make sure to set these babies to the side :)
